Trainee Supervisor Programme

This is perfect for those looking to kick-start a career in hospitality or for those ready to take the next step up.

How it works

Over the course of 15 months; you will complete a Level 3 Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship whilst working in the business. Upon successful completion you would have built the necessary skills to work as a Front of House supervisor or Event supervisor.

We will cover the cost of the course; but you will need to allow yourself an additional 1-2 hours a week of home time to maintain the learning.

You will me mentored by your General Manager or Venue Director.

Entry requirements

You must be aged 16 or over. We are looking for candidates who have some restaurant experience (if new to the industry we ask that you work with us for a period of 6 months before embarking on this programme).

Working hours

Hours of work will be a minimum of 30. Those aged 19 and under will be paid £6/hour whilst training. Those aged 20 and over will be paid minimum wage. You will be entitled to gratuities whilst working operationally

Trainee Manager Programme

Embark on our Trainee Manager Programme and fast track your way to Management.

How it works

Over the course of 2 years; you will complete a Level 4 Hospitality Manager Apprenticeship whilst working around different areas of our business. Upon successful completion you would have built the necessary skills to work as an Assistant Manager or Assistant Event Manager.

We will cover the cost of the course; but you will need to allow yourself an additional 3 hours a week of home time to maintain the learning.

You will me mentored by your line manager and Director team

Entry requirements

We are looking for candidates who have some restaurant or event supervisory experience and are looking to advance their careers. For those who are starting out in the industry we recommend our Trainee supervisor programme.  Maths and English at grade C or above at GCSE is required.

Working hours

Hours of work will be a minimum of 30. Paid at our front of house supervisor pay grade. You will be entitled to gratuities whilst working operationally.
